By visiting revival-center.orgor opting in to our SMS or email programs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or sign up for messaging.

The Revival Center is a church plant in Marlin, Texas. This website provides information about the church, sermon recordings, event listings, online giving, and an opt-in text-messaging ministry that sends a daily inspirational "Word of the Day" plus occasional announcements.

You can opt in to receive messages by:

• Submitting the opt-in form on revival-center.org (phone number, name, email — with an explicit consent checkbox)
• Texting JOIN (or START, SUBSCRIBE, REVIVAL, WORD, or YES) to our church number — (254) 331-2432
• Signing up in person at a Sunday service or church event

By opting in, you agree to the following:

• You will receive recurring text messages from The Revival Center at the mobile number you provided, including the daily Word of the Day, church announcements, event reminders, and prayer updates. Message frequency is typically up to ~7 per week.
• Message & data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges your mobile carrier may apply.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation, and no further messages will be sent.
• You can request support at any time by replying HELP, or by emailing us at slugger@ministerslugger.com.
• Carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We will not sell, rent, or share your phone number or personal information with any third party for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
• You must be 13 years or older to opt in.
• You confirm that the mobile number you provide is your own (or that you have authority to consent on behalf of the subscriber).

If you have an account on the website (admin, editor, or member), you're responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential
• Activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

Accounts may be revoked by the Church at any time for misuse, abuse of access, or violation of these terms.

Donations made through links from this website are processed by a third-party giving partner (e.g. Givelify, Tithe.ly, or similar). The Revival Center does not store your payment card information directly. The third-party processor's own terms and privacy policy apply to the donation transaction itself.

Sermon recordings, blog posts, photos, and other content on this site are the property of The Revival Center or used with permission. You may view, share, and quote brief portions for personal, non-commercial use, with attribution. For other uses (republishing, commercial use, derivative works), please contact us first.

Messages, prayer requests, and other content you send us may be quoted or shared in church communications only with your permission. Anonymous prayer requests will be kept anonymous.

The Revival Center provides the website and SMS program "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep the site operational and the messaging accurate, but we make no guarantees about availability, deliverability, or accuracy. Spiritual content is shared in good faith for encouragement and reflection.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Revival Center, its leaders, staff, and volunteers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or SMS program.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
